Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZeroSEO ("Service"), operated by Softaar Technologies UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Softaar," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ZeroSEO is an AI-powered SEO growth platform that researches your competitors, generates a rolling content plan, writes and publishes SEO-optimized articles to your website, secures backlinks from a vetted partner network, and tracks your visibility across search engines and AI answer engines.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

ZeroSEO is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled. Additional sites beyond your plan's included allowance may be added for an additional per-site fee, billed on the same cycle as your subscription. All payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full payment card details.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or fraudulent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to spam, manipulate search rankings through prohibited link schemes, or violate a search engine's webmaster guidelines
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

ZeroSEO uses artificial intelligence to research, draft, and publish articles on your behalf. While we apply quality checks, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing published content and for compliance with any disclosure obligations that apply to AI-assisted content in your jurisdiction or industry. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic outcomes, or that content will never be identified as AI-generated.

7. Backlinks and Third-Party Sites

Backlinks are sourced from a network of independently operated websites. We vet listed sites for relevance and quality but do not control their content, availability, or uptime, and we are not responsible for changes those third parties make after a backlink is placed.

8. Your Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of your website, brand, and any content you provide to us. Subject to these Terms, you own the articles published to your site through the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including our software, models, and underlying technology.

9. Data Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including AI, email, analytics, and payment processors) to operate. Your use of the Service is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific SEO or business result.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Softaar harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 4.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dresden, Germany. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also access the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
