Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your ZeroSEO subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. No cancellation fee applies.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation stops future billing renewals but does not end your subscription immediately — you retain full access to the Service, including daily article publishing and backlink delivery, through the end of your current billing period.

3. Refunds

Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@zeroseo.ai.

4. Extra Sites

If you have additional sites beyond your plan's included allowance, cancelling your subscription cancels access for all sites on your account, including add-on sites.

5. What Happens to Your Published Content

ZeroSEO publishes articles directly to your own website. Cancelling your subscription does not remove or unpublish articles already live on your site — that content remains yours. Cancellation only stops new research, writing, publishing, and backlink activity going forward.

6. Account Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, we retain your account data — including your site configuration, content history, and backlink records — for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate your subscription. After this period, your account data is permanently deleted from our active systems, subject to any residual copies retained in backups for a limited time as required for security and disaster-recovery purposes.

7. Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time within the 30-day retention window to restore full access to your account and history. After permanent deletion, reactivating requires setting up your account again from scratch.

8. Involuntary Cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your subscription if a payment fails and is not resolved after reasonable notice, or if your use of the Service violates our Terms of Service.
